東方之星珠寶負責人彭玉燕 董事長於1975年移居巴西，1979年在巴西成立ORIENT STAR JEWELRY CO.,LTD. 以經營豐富多樣、品質優越的裸石批銷全世界，在歐美、日本等各國間享有盛名。
執著與熱情
彭董事長經年為珠寶業務週遊於世界各地，對各國珠寶文化有深刻的認識與體會，國際珠寶交易經驗亦是豐富，並與國際寶石界及設計師淵源深厚，不僅在寶石貨源價格、製作與設計品質上皆享有得天獨厚的優勢，且長年沉浸於歐洲各名家大師級珠寶作品和瞭解各品牌設計與經營模式，所以希望將國際上寶石誠信交易
的做法落實到台灣市場，更以歐洲公平珠寶交易概念提供台灣消費者最具品質保證及藝術級創作珠寶，就是這般對寶石的執著與熱情，於1990年在台灣成立「東方之星珠寶公司」。
