LA STELLA is a jewelry brand name of Orient Star Jewelry Company founded in the year of new millennium. Orient Star Jewelry Company is a wholesaler of rough stones of gemstone in Taiwan founded by overseas Chinese President Peng Yu-Yen from Brazil when she returned home to Taiwan in 1992.
